How does it work?
You’ll have 6 x 75-minute sessions one-on-one with Rebecca. It’s grounded, it’s energising and it has measurable outcomes. Here’s a short summary of each and every session.
Session One: On Purpose Discovery
Purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done. It is the human driver defining why something exists. It is the propeller to influence, as our purpose is a narrative we choose giving our life’s work meaning.
Session one of Ignite is a discovery session designed to flesh out your personal story of purpose diving into core themes that build credibility, captures your value proposition, and creates a model of your future self. We define who you think you are, and who you wish to be.
We explore your goals and aspirations and dive into the pivotal turning points that have lead you to your current destination personally and professionally. In between your first and second session, Rebecca will prepare a tailored summary outlining your key branding attributes, options for your future brand position and core topics areas. This process lays the foundation for session two.
Session Two: The Direction Of Purpose
In order to create the structure to draw together a compelling business influencer and speaking strategy session two focuses on making key decisions with regards to your lead branding position, and topic outlines. This process will set the direction of your on purpose influencer strategy.
The hook and the topics create the containers required to be able to craft a strategic and influential narrative showcasing your contribution as a thought leader, business influencer and speaker.
Before session two Rebecca will also conduct a strategic marketing review so that she can make an assessment of your branding collateral in order to amplify what is working and strip back anything that has lost relevance. At the end of this session, you will walk away with a full marketing summary and the formation of an action list designed to keep you accountable in the Ignite activation process.
Session Three: The Narrative of Purpose
At the heart of the session three is the creation of a strategic storytelling roadmap. This a roadmap that can be used to chunk down content in a keynote, for a consulting process, online programme or even a book.
At the heart of storytelling is the ability to balance compelling emotion with credibility and depth. This involves the curation of personal stories, research, case studies, props or even music and video depending on the access channel. This session is designed to create a structure for the narrative, that like a song has varying notes, instruments and melodies.
After session three Rebecca will also present to you a personalised biography and topic outlines or consulting outlines based on the intended outcome.
Session Four: The Activation of Purpose
Meaning without momentum cannot create the motion required to build brand gravity. The art of a successful influencer strategy lies in initially crafting a compelling story, however in order to tell that story we must create processes that enable us to show up for our target market consistently. This includes identifying the type of content we wish to create and strategically planning what, when and how we will share that story.
In this session Rebecca works in partnership with you to identify and plan a content strategy that is intelligent, achievable and that you can show up for time after time. Consistency builds credibility, and more importantly it builds trust with your target audience. In order to reach that audience our online strategy is equally as important as the strategy we deploy online and in life. To be seen as a credible leader we must find an alignment between all three key areas of influence.
In addition to the above, Rebecca also offers key tips and tools on Influencer marketing strategies learnt from the best in the industry. She will also present a customised quarterly content blueprint that if followed will take your idea into the kind of influence that leads to measurable impact.
Session Five: Profit and Purpose
Purpose and Profit must work in tandem. This is the only we are able to create a meaningful brand that is in fact sustainable. In this session Rebecca will work with a client to identify key revenue streams, and strategies for the monetisation of business influence, consulting or speaking brands. This also includes to creation of sales blueprint.
Revenue streams may include lead generation for a business or a consultant, speaking engagements, workshops, events or online programmes. This will be specific to the client. The one common factor is that we must get clear on revenue channels and our target audience in order to focus our purpose and influencer strategy towards the people who will buy in.
This session will also look at key marketing channels designed to generate leads, in addition to harnessing collaboration and partnerships to create shared value.
Session Six: The Wild Card
After completing five sessions of Ignite you will have a good feel for the areas where you feel confident and the areas where you may need some additional support. This may include conducting a session on stage craft or the delivery of the presentation, or it may include doing an additional content, marketing or sales session. It’s up to you!
Overall this is your session, and you get to choose what is going to serve your purpose and your brand as you step into the next version of who you choose to be.
Session Seven: The Vision Of Purpose
This final session is conducted by Rebecca’s business partner and design genius Lizzy Hodgins. She is a singer and songwriter working in both the music and media industries. She is a photographer, stylist, digital maestro, and graphic designer. Lizzy has found a niche for bringing branding dreams to life working alongside leading professional speakers, entrepreneurs, artists, and musicians.
The Ignite process will often lead to a requirement to rebrand. That may include the creation a brand scope and design sheet, colour palette, font selection, brand guidelines or digital mood board. It will also include the creation of a logo.
In this session Lizzy will conduct a branding audit enabling you to get clear on the creative and visionary aspect of the Ignite process. You will walk away with a clear summary of next steps, or if you already have a brand gain insights into what is working and what needs refinement.
